Exam Pattern

Exam pattern for this is very easy. Candidates have to follow the pattern as this will help them out before reaching the examination hall. The exam is usually objective type which is divided into Basic Numerical and Reasoning Ability, Teaching Aptitude, General English, General Awareness. As soon as candidates qualify the entrance exam for BEd, they are asked to attend the counselling process. The test is usually a written test which is conducted every year from March to August. The mode is usually written test so candidates must carry their pen as prescribed in the application form.

Eligibility Criteria :

For the entrance exam there is an eligibility criteria that you have to follow. Your entrance score along with your marks will decide where you will get placed.   • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university like B.Sc, B.A, B.E  and B. Tech.
  • The minimum percentage required to pursue B.Ed may differ from university to university. Many institutions allow students with 50% in Bachelors to take the B.Ed CET, whereas, many have set up the bar at 55%.
  • Qualification required by candidates is Masters degree in Science, Commerce, Engineering or Arts with overall percentage of 55% or above.
  • The age limit of the candidate should be 19 or above.
