Haryana Board of School Education was established in 1969, and now it is known as Board of School Education Haryana. The Board of School Education Haryana came in 1969, as per Haryana Act number 11 of 1969. Its headquarters in Chandigarh and in January 1981 this head quarter is shifted to Bhiwani. This board started with approx 100 staff official members from Punjab University and conducted its first examination for class 10th level in 1970. After that, the board adopted a 10+2 standard education pattern in 1987. It started conducting the intermediate vocational exam in 1990. In 1994, the board was officially established in Haryana.
Now, endowed with the strength of over 650 officials/officers and examining ten lakh (one million) candidates in examinations conducted by the Board, elaborate arrangements are created by the Board for the conduct of those examinations in a very truthful manner barren of repetition and alternative malpractices. Besides performing arts they perform of conducting an examination, the Board is in earnest, committed to its future goal of raising the quality of education within the State. The board has introduced the semester system of the education from the academic year of 2006 to 2007. This is the first board in India, which is doing this. This is the first board that helps to introduce the relative grading Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) in the board of secondary and senior secondary.

Class 12th Statistics
