Administrative Assistant Official (AAO) is one of the most prestigious exams in the insurance industry. Recently, LIC posted a notice to recruit 168 eligible candidates to fill AAO positions by 2020. The LIC AAO (Specialist) Notice 2020 was posted on February 25, 2020. Eligibility for the LIC exam for AAO publication
The LIC exam eligibility criteria for the AAO position are mentioned in the official notice of the 2020 AAO Recruitment Exam published by the governing body. The LIC exam eligibility criteria for the AAO 2020 exam are as mentioned below:
- Nationality: the candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Education Qualifications: A graduate degree in any discipline from any government recognized university.
- LIC AAO age limit: The candidate's minimum age must not be less than 21 years old and it must not be older than 30 years. However, there is an age relaxation for candidates who belong to different categories.
LIC Exam Selection Process for the AAO Position
The AAO selection process for the LIC exam has changed since it was last taken. From last year to this year, no significant changes have been made to the selection process. The selection process for the 2020 recruitment is the same as for the 2019 recruitment. Due to the increase in the number of candidates applying for the LIC AAO exam each year, the lead body added an additional stage to the AAO selection process.

LIC Exam for ADO Post
LIC ADO is a sales clerical job. ADO's job role under the LIC exam requires staff to take responsibility for hiring people as LIC insurance agents and inspecting existing policies. ADO hiring is carried out to fill vacancies for the position of Apprentice Development Officer. The hiring of the LIC Apprentice Development Officer is not an annual process. The last notification for the LIC ADO position was posted on June 1, 2015. Recruitment was open only for Zonal Central Office, Bhopal.
By 2019, LIC had published a notice for the ADO exam to recruit a total of 8,581 people. The 2020 LIC ADO exam is expected to take place in July 2020. However, this date is tentative and until the official notification is published, candidates will not be able to apply for the position online. The eligibility criteria to be selected as an LIC Apprentice Development Officer are as follows:
- Nationality: You must be a citizen of India.
- Educational qualification: A postgraduate degree from a university in India approved for the Insurance Institute of India scholarship, Mumbai.

FSE stands for Financial Services Executives. LIC conducts this exam every year. Eligibility for the LIC exam for IRDA
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to sit for the LIC IRDA exam:
- The candidate must be a citizen of Indian nationality.
- Applicants for the LIC IRDA exam must have a passing certificate of 10 + 2 as a minimum academic grade.
- There is no upper age limit to take the IRDA exam, but the candidate must not be under 18 years of age.

The LIC exam for hiring a Development Officer is carried out in two phases:

The written exam is a 2 hour paper objective. This exam consists of four sections.
