About RBSE or Rajasthan Board

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or RBSE / BSER was created on December 4, 1957 with the aim of promoting and developing secondary education in the state.Commonly known as RBSE or Rajasthan board, it is responsible for conducting various exams, including class 10 and 12. All the major exams conducted by the Rajasthan board are:

RBSE 2021 schedule

The Rajasthan Board will publish the 10th RBSE schedule and the 12th RBSE class schedule in January 2021. All students taking the RBSE exams will be able to check the RBSE 2021 schedule on the official RBSE website. The exams will take place in March.

  • Latest updates on RBSE Board

    RBSE registration for class 10 and 12 exams of 2021 started, apply before November 30, 2020. Rajasthan schools are likely to reopen for upper secondary and upper secondary classes from 2 November 2020. RBSE released notice on syllabus revision for session 2020-21, syllabus reduced by 40%.

    The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has released the revised curriculum for exams for classes 9 to 12 scheduled for 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the board has reduced the curriculum for students in the class 9-12 due to shortage of teaching instructions. The notification says that the curriculum has been reduced by 40% for students and that teachers have also been given the freedom to reduce the number of practical exams by 40% based on available resources.

RBSE 2021 application form

The board has released the application form for classes 10 and 12 for the 2021 exam. Students must complete and submit the application form through their respective schools by November 30, 2020. To complete the RBSE 2020 application form for classes 10 and 12, candidates need to fill in the details such as candidate's name, date of birth, exam medium, gender, address, previous academic details, third language selection, etc. in the form.

The required documents and certificates must be attached to the application form and submitted to the respective school authorities as specified by the authorities.For regular students who are enrolled in schools, the application process for the RBSE exams is handled by the respective schools only. While private students need to fill out the RBSE application form only by themselves.

RBSE admission card

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education published the admission cards on its official website for the candidates of classes 10 and 12. Students can download it using their user ID and password. Candidates may contact the respective school authorities regarding the admission card details. It is mandatory that students carry the admission card on the day of the exam. Candidates without an admission card will not be allowed to appear on board exams.

RBSE 2020 outcome: reassessment and review

Every year approximately 8 lakh students take the Rajasthan Board Class 12 exams, of which not all students are satisfied with the performance of their results. Dissatisfied students can request the reevaluation and revision of their RBSE 2020 Result. Candidates can request the same within two weeks after the declaration of the result. You are required to pay a specific fee per topic to have your answer sheets re-verified. The state board specifies the fee structure for it.

RBSE Result 2020 Supplemental Exams

The results of the RBSE Class 12 supplemental exam have been declared today, that is, October 1, 2020. The results are available on the official website and can be verified by entering the board list number and date of birth. A total of 25,155 students took the exam in which 19,616 students passed. The approved percentage of male candidates is 75.89% and that of female candidates is 81.49%. The complementary exam was carried out in September. The state board accepts applications for shared tests across schools. Students can contact the respective school authorities and submit an application form along with the required fee. Those applying for the compartment exams will be able to check the outcome of the Rajasthan 2020 board compartment on the official website.

Important Admission Card Tips

Candidates must obtain the admission card certified by the director of the school in question. Those who have not deposited the supplementary examination fee must present a bank draft of INR 2,200.00 payable to ‘Sachiv, MadhyamikShiksha Board Rajasthan, Ajmer in the center. Art and drawing students are supposed to disclose and submit their session scores (out of 20) to the test center after obtaining them from the school in question. The complementary exam will begin at the center from 9:00 am.

All the results published to date are conveniently available on the official website of the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. Students are asked to visit the site and add their information and then get the result.
