Common Admission Test (CAT )

The common admission test is organized by the Indian Institutes of Management.  CAT is said to be the most popular and toughest MBA entrance exam. CAT score students are put in various 20 IIMS. In fact, B schools also accept CAT qualified students. So many students appear in the entrance exam which could be estimated around 2 lakh. CAT is divided into four parts Verbal, Quantitative, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning. All these four parts are clubbed into three sections – Verbal and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning. Management Aptitude Test ( MAT)

It is a country level MBA entrance exam conducted by AIMA. They offer admission to different management programs. The entrance exam appears four times in a year and is conducted offline which means the written exam will be there. Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT )

XAT is another MBA entrance exam organized by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur. Every year, in January especially on Sunday, one Lakh students appear for the XAT. XAT is divided into four sections which include –QA, Decision making, english Language & logical Reasoning, GK and essay.

  • Duration: 170 Minutes for Part-1 and 35 Minutes for Part-2

 Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT)

GMAT is organized for the admission into undergraduates management programs offered by various foreign institutes and universities. The exam is arranged by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Candidates are allowed registration throughout the year and the entrance test is there all around the year about 5 times a year. GMAT is divided into of 4 sections which include, Verbal, Quantitative, Integrated Reasoning, Analytical Writing Assessment.

Common Management Admission (CMAT )

CMAT is another national-level MBA entrance examination which is organized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Candidates should possess strong ability skills to score high in the entrance exam. Candidate should have Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Technique, and Language Comprehension.
