SBI PO Result 2021 Out

The SBI PO Result 2021 out for the preliminary examination was announced on January 18, 2021 by State Bank of India (SBI). The preliminary examination took place on January 4-6, 2021. To verify the outcome of the OSE 2020 purchase order, candidates must enter the registration number or list number and date of birth. Lakhs of aspiring benches have applied for a total of 2,000 probationary officer (PO) positions in various branches of the SBI. SBI PO 2020-21 Result: Different stages

The result is announced in the following stages.

Results of the preliminaries of the OSE OP 2020 / Phase I

On the basis of the total scores of the results and the cut-off of the OSE PO preliminaries, the candidates have been selected for the main exam. Candidates for the main exam have been shortlisted and have 10 times the number of vacancies.

Outcome of the SBI PO 2020-21 / Phase II network

The main result is prepared based on the scores obtained in the objective test and the descriptive test. Candidates are selected three times the number of vacancies for group exercises and the interview.

Final result of the SBI PO 2020-21

The final result is elaborated based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the main exam and Phase III. While the final result is being prepared, the candidates' score is normalized over 100. The marks obtained by the candidates in the main exam become 75 out of 250, while the marks of Phase III will become 25 out of 50. The Selection will be made from the highest ranked candidates in each category.

Standardization of SBI PO marks

Standardization is the common process followed by almost all bank exams. SBI follows the standardization process to evaluate the performance of candidates based on the level of difficulty. The SBI PO exam is conducted in multiple spaces, so the topics, questions, and level of difficulty vary for each shift. Questions in one space can be comparatively difficult in another. For a fair evaluation, SBI normalizes the scores obtained by candidates in various places on the exam. Normalization is carried out using the equi-percentile method.
