SSC MTS 2021 Registration Process, Eligibility, Vacancies in 2 Age Groups

SSC MTS 2021 Registration @ ssc.nic.in: The SSC MTS 2020-2021 exam was conducted for Recruitment of Multitasking Staff (MTS) in Pay Band 1 (Rs 5200-20200) + Pay Grade Rs 1800, (Revised pay scale after 7th CPC: Pay level in pay matrix - Level 1), an unofficial, non-ministerial position of the General Central Services Group 'C' in various Ministries / Departments / Government Offices from India. Every year thousands of candidates apply for the SSC MTS exam with the aspiration of obtaining a job in the government.

SSC MTS 2021 Exam Notification

The Personnel Selection Commission published the official notice for the recruitment of MTS 2020-21 on February 5, 2021 for the recruitment of multitasking personnel in pay band 1 (Rs 5200-20200) + Pay Grade Rs 1800, (Revised pay scale after 7th CPC: Pay Level in pay matrix - Level-1), an unofficial, non-ministerial post of General Central Service Group 'C' in various Ministries / Departments / Offices of the Government of India, in different States / Territories of the Union. The SSC MTS 2021 RegistrationPaper-1 Online Exam will be held from July 1 to 20, 2021 and the SSC MTS 2020-21 Paper-2 Descriptive Exam will be held on November 21, 2021.

SSC MTS 2021 Eligibility Criteria

SSC MTS Vacancies are divided in two age groups:

The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board.

 

SSC MTS 2021 application process

Let's see the procedure to apply for the SSC MTS 2021 exam:

  • Application Fee: The required application fee is Rs. 100 / -
  • Exemption: Women, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped and Ex-military candidates are not required to pay fees.
  • Mode of Payment: The application fee must be paid only through SBI, either in the form of Challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank credit / debit card. The Challan form will be generated online
  • Offline Payment Mode: To pay the fee in cash, the candidate must take out a printout of Challan generated online after completing the Part 1 registration. Deposit the required fee at any SBI branch and then proceed to the registration of Part 2.
  • Online Payment Mode: Candidates who wish to pay online can go directly to Part 2 registration after completing Part 1 registration. Candidate must provide registration number and date of birth to proceed with registration from Part 2.

SSC MTS 2021 Admission Card

All candidates who register for the SSC MTS 2021 exam within the stipulated time will be assigned an electronic admission card / entrance ticket / call letter to appear on the level I computer-based exam. Admission cards to call candidates to appear on Level I, as well as all subsequent levels / stages of the exam, will not be mailed. Admission cards for all stages of the exam will be issued online on the websites of the Regional / Subregional Office of the corresponding Commission. Candidates are advised to periodically visit the website, ie www.ssc.nic.in to receive updated notifications.
