Eligibility Criteria

To pursue a degree in Diploma in Engineering, the candidates must have to fulfill the given below eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification

After Highschool or 10th 

The aspirants must have to clear class 10th with the main subjects such as Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics from a recognized board.

The student has at least 55% percentage in class 10th.

After Intermediate or 12th 

They should have passed intermediate from a recognized board.

For polytechnic admission, the candidate must have major subjects in class 12th and the major subjects are Maths, Physics and optional subjects are Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology.

The candidate should have attained an overall aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam. For a reserved candidate the aggregate percentage is 45%.

Age Limit

Candidates who want to get admission in Polytechnic diploma, then he or she must be minimum age 17 years. There is no upper age to apply for admission.

Domicile rules

For different states, there are different rules and eligibility criteria. For example, for MAHARASTRA candidates there is 5% relaxation in their required aggregate in the qualifying exam. There is also a reserved seat for a candidate in almost all universities or institutes.

Registration Process
